All day, I’d been feeling small, frustrated, and dissatisfied with myself. I kept questioning if my work really has an impact or if I should just give up. It’s rare for me to have days like this, but they do happen. And then, during the meditation, I saw a goat. A GOAT? WTF? What kind of spirit animal is that supposed to be?
