What You’ll Need:
- A candle
- A rope, ribbon, or piece of string (symbolizing limitations)
- A mirror
- Your favorite crystal (e.g., Aquamarine or Golden Healer)
- Music that inspires you (optional but powerful)
Light the candle and stand in front of the mirror. Look yourself in the eyes and ask, “What is really holding me back?” Say the answer out loud—no sugar-coating, be brutally honest.
